Global quality expert

Job Description：1. Familiar with quality tools like APQP4WIND, FMEA, PPAP, etc… and quality system like ISO 9000, 16949, ETC.2. Experience in applying these standards to whole-chain quality management including new platform development, prototype, mass production, construction and services; Promote comprehensive quality management for all international projects for the whole-chain, drive the improvement of quality management systems and capabilities at each stage, and assist in addressing and resolving key international quality issues.3. Acting as quality management consultant, analyze Goldwind international quality management, advise improvement plan;Key Responsibility：1. Acting as quality management expert, periodically analyze Goldwind international quality management, advise improvement plan, including organization, management procedures, specifications, implementation solutions, etc.2. Promote comprehensive quality management for all international projects for the whole-chain, drive the improvement of quality management systems and capabilities at each stage, and assist in addressing and resolving key international quality issues.3. Based on above judgement and management decisions, coordinate with different quality functions, update and improve current quality standards, including QA, QC, NC, customer complain, etc.4. Based on above judgement and management decisions, utilize proper quality tools like FMEA, coordinate with functions and regions, lead the tools implementations including relevant training, campaigns, process monitoring, etc.5. Acting as quality expert, on representatives of customer quality, input to WTG new platform development, participate to key checkpoint(gate)'s assessment;6. Based in Europe, lead the quality communications with global level or Europe region level customers.Qualification:1. Bachelor and above, electrical or mechanical related major;2. More than 8 years working experience;3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;4. Master the fundamental knowledge of wind turbines, master quality management methodologies and be proficient in the application of quality management tools.
