Global TOM/MD Lead

Global TOM/MD LeadExperience with Infor M3 / Körber /PAS-X MES,/ LabVantage LIMS, / Aveva OT platforms.Target Operating Model (TOM)• Define and implement the global TOM for manufacturing, QA/QC, and supply chain operations.• Harmonize operational processes across sites to enable standardized deployment of digital solutions.• Establish process ownership, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks.• Collaborate with business owners to align TOM with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.Master Data (MD)• Define the global master data strategy and governance model for operations.• Ensure consistency and integrity of master data across MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems.• Lead the development of master data templates and standards for core factory processes.• Coordinate with IT and business teams to implement data ownership and stewardship models.Qualifications & Experience• Experience in operational excellence, master data management, or digital transformation.• Proven track record in defining and implementing TOM and MD strategies in manufacturing or supply chain.• Strong understanding of MES, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and OT systems.• Experience in international and matrix environments.• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.• Fluent in English.
