We are seeking a foundational leader to build and scale this critical new market.The Opportunity: Role OverviewThe General Manager, Asia Pacific (APAC) is a foundational leadership role responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling Vissibl’s presence across the region. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will hold full P&L ownership for APAC, defining the regional go-to-market strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving initial enterprise customer acquisition.As Vissibl’s most senior representative in the region, the General Manager will serve as the key interface with enterprise customers, strategic partners (including certification bodies and consultancies), and regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate is a proven builder with deep enterprise SaaS experience, strategic acumen, and the operational rigour required to develop a scalable, multi-million-dollar business from the ground up.Key AccountabilitiesAs the General Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for:Regional Strategy & P&L Ownership:Develop and execute the end-to-end APAC business plan, aligning with Vissibl’s global strategic objectives.Hold full P&L responsibility for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Enterprise Sales & Commercial Leadership:Build and lead a high-calibre regional sales organisation, personally leading engagement on complex, high-value enterprise accounts.Establish a robust sales pipeline and implement a disciplined sales methodology for navigating C-suite and multi-stakeholder deals.Strategic Alliance & Channel Development:Forge and nurture executive-level relationships with key ecosystem partners, including major certification bodies, GRC/EHSQ consultancies, and technology partners.Develop a channel strategy that extends our market reach and accelerates customer acquisition.Go-to-Market & Brand Establishment:Localise Vissibl’s global value proposition for the APAC market, effectively articulating our intelligent Compliance Operating System message across quality, safety, environment, security, and data/vendor risk domains.Act as the primary external spokesperson for Vissibl in the region at industry events, in the press, and with key stakeholders.Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class regional team across sales, pre-sales, customer success, and operations.Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, customer-centricity, and inclusivity.Operational & Delivery Excellence:Establish scalable processes for customer implementation, onboarding, and ongoing support, ensuring a world-class customer experience.Provide market feedback to global product and engineering teams to inform the long-term platform roadmap.Qualifications & ExperienceWe're seeking a senior leader who combines strategic acumen with a proven ability to build and execute.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of senior leadership experience in the enterprise software (SaaS), GRC/RegTech, Aviation, Defence, Consulting or Technology sectors.Demonstrable experience building and scaling a regional business (ideally APAC or Australia/New Zealand) from an early stage, including direct P&L management.Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, geographically distributed teams.Exceptional C-suite communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a history of closing complex, seven-figure enterprise deals.Experience in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market and channel strategies.Based in and with full working rights for Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth).Preferred Qualifications:Deep domain expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), or EHSQ / WHS (Work Health & Safety).Direct knowledge of, or experience selling into, organisations managed by standards like ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), or ISO 27001 (InfoSec).Pre-existing executive relationships with certification bodies, major consultancies, industry (construction, mining, logistics, defence etc) and GRC-focused partners in the APAC region.Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation, with the ability to navigate and influence global stakeholders.MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.Why Join VissiblImpact: Lead the establishment of Vissibl’s Asia-Pacific business from inception to scale for one of the fastest-growing RegTech companies globally.Autonomy: Full strategic and operational ownership to design, build, and grow Vissibl’s regional presence.Growth: Significant opportunity for career advancement, regional leadership, and participation in the company’s long-term success.Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity participation, aligned with your impact and contribution to the company’s growth.Innovation: Be part of the team pioneering the world’s first intelligent Compliance OS, transforming how industries manage quality, safety, environmental, risk, and security frameworks.Purpose: Help organisations strengthen governance, safety, and trust while reducing the complexity and cost of compliance.
