Job DescriptionThe Role – GM 테크니컬센터 코리아 디자인 스튜디오의 CMF/AQ디자이너는 미래 GM 차량의 디자인 비전을 통해 다양한 브랜드의 차량을 함께 만들어가는 중요한 역할을 담당합니다.CMF/AQ 디자인은 단순히 색상과 소재를 선택하는 수준을 넘어, 브랜드의 아이덴티티를 시각적으로 표현하고, 양산을 거쳐 고객에게 감성적인 경험을 전달하는 핵심 디자인분야입니다.열정적인 글로벌 디자이너와 엔지니어들과 협업하며, 내·외장 컬러 하모니 기획, 신규 소재 개발, 디지털 툴을 활용한 비주얼 커뮤니케이션 등 다양한 영역에서 실질적인 디자인 역량을 쌓게 됩니다. 더 나아가, 본 과정을 통해 GM 브랜드의 정체성을 강화하고, 자동차 디자인의 미래를 만들어가는 여정에 함께할 수 있습니다.What You’ll Do – 미래 GM 차량을 위한 CMF/AQ 디자인 개발 참여글로벌 디자인 트렌드의 이해 및 분석하여 스케치, 응용 프로그램, 다양한 material 소재를 통해 시각적으로 자신의 아이디어를 표현GM 브랜드에 대한 창의적이고 혁신적인 CMF vision을 제시함과 동시에 양산디자인까지 진행CMF컨셉 기획 및 커뮤니케이션; visual/material asset과 animation creation을 이용한 Visual Communication (V-RED, Blender, After Effect, Premiere, AI 등)차량 스타일링 전반에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 각 부서 간 원활한 협업내/외장 칼라 코디네이션과 소재 개발Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -모집전공: 운송디자인학과/산업디자인학과/시각디자인학과/섬유디자인학과학점: 전 학년 평점 B학점 (3.0/4.5) 이상학력: 4년제 정규 대 이상의 졸업자 또는 3년 미만의 경력자자동차 분야 관련 업무 또는 인턴쉽 경험병역: 군필 또는 면제자국내에 합법적으로 취업이 가능한 자/해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자명확하고 정확한 communication skill영어 의사소통이 능통한 자 (해외 거주 경험자)최종 합격 통보 후 1개월 이내 입사가 가능한 자How are Hire -주소 : 인천광역시 부평구 부평대로 233접수마감: 2025년 12월 1일 (월)자정까지접수방법: GM Career Site 온라인 지원 및 접수제출서류: 영/국문 이력서, 자기소개서 & 포트폴리오(파워포인트 20장 이내)우편, E-mail 및 방문접수는 받지 않으니 유의하시기 바랍니다.전형절차: [지원서 접수] → [서류 & 포트폴리오 심사] → [Phone Screen] → [Video Assessment]→ [면접] → [최종합격]면접 단계에서 영어 면접 진행 가능합니다.지원서 제출 완료 후 개인정보 동의서 까지 제출되어야 정상적으로 채용절차가 진행됩니다.
