You will contribute to maintaining and enhancing Quality Systems, focusing on Change Control, Non-Conformance, and CAPA processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively on local and globally led quality projects.Key Responsibilities:Support Subject Matter Experts and Site Key Users in quality system training and end-user supportDevelop and maintain training materials tailored to evolving systems and regulatory requirementsCo-host weekly NC/CAPA review meetings and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvementProvide expert guidance on process and system inquiries, facilitating effective user adoptionManage complex, diverse tasks with high attention to detail and timely deliveryParticipate in global initiatives to advance quality systems efficiency and complianceYour experience:Experienced in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech settingsWell-organized, autonomous, with the ability to prioritize a diverse workloadCollaborative, flexible, and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in German and English, enabling effective interaction across teams and regionsMotivated by contributing to a dynamic, innovative company culture focused on excellenceAbout Techfirm Industrie AG:Techfirm Industrie AG is a Swiss-founded engineering and quality services provider dedicated to life sciences and technical industries.
