Quality Systems Associate

On behalf of our client, a global healthcare company, we are looking for a Quality Systems Associate.Responsibilities:Support the Subject Matter Expert / Site Key User for Change Control, Non-Conformance, and CAPA systems:Provide end-user training and create training materialsOffer ad-hoc support for system and process-related questionsCo-host weekly Non-Conformance / CAPA review meetingsCollect data for various KPI review boardsTake over tasks related to globally led projectsIndependently manage and prioritize a highly complex and diverse workload, ensuring deliverables are timely, accurate, and aligned with objectives.Must-Haves:3–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of Quality Systems and compliance processesProficiency in technical writing and documentationFluent in German and English (both required)Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate across departmentsTeam-oriented, dynamic, and open-minded personality with a proactive mindsetLocation: Schaffhausen, SwitzerlandStart Date: ASAPDuration: 1 yearWorkload: 100%3 days/week on-site presence required
