Position OverviewThe Head of Governance Operations will lead the development, implementation, and scaling of Próspera ZEDE's governance framework and e-governance platform. This person will be responsible for ensuring that Próspera's innovative governance model operates efficiently, transparently, and profitably while maintaining compliance with the Próspera Charter, ZEDE Organic Law, and applicable regulations. Need to be passionate about liberty and freedom.Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Próspera's governance layerEstablish key performance indicators and drive the governance operations toward profitabilityCollaborate with the Technical Secretary, Council of Trustees, and General Service Provider to align governance initiatives with Próspera's strategic goalsE-Governance Platform Development & ImplementationDefine technical requirements and functionality for digital services including permitting, registry operations, dispute resolution, and tax administrationEnsure the platform supports transparent and efficient government services for residents and businessesRegistry OperationsOversee the Entity Registry, Personal Registry, and Property Registry operationsEnsure efficient processing of residency applications, entity formations, and property transactionsDevelop streamlined procedures for registry operations that balance regulatory compliance with user experienceRegulatory Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure residents in Próspera maintain compliance with applicable regulations.Define SOPs and systems for applying and administering the rules of Próspera ZEDEFinancial Management & ProfitabilityDevelop and manage the governance operations budgetIdentify and implement revenue-generating opportunities within the governance frameworkOptimize operational costs while maintaining service qualityTeam Building & ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing governance operations teamDevelop training programs to ensure team members understand Próspera's governance model and applicable rule
