Join AECOM's 2025 Graduate Program We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Architect to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced and innovative architectural firm. As a Graduate Architect, you will work collaboratively with experienced professionals on a variety of projects, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge architectural solutions. Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software Contribute to the development of design concepts and presentations for client meetings Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and local regulations Support senior architects in project coordination and documentation Participate in site visits and construction administration tasks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
