Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our Events Team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering compelling visual assets that define the creative direction of high-impact events. You will collaborate closely with creative, production, and client service teams to ensure visual coherence across all event touchpoints — from concept to execution.Experience Required: 5+ YearsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative event branding, including logos, stage and booth graphics, backdrops, signage, and print collateral.Design impactful digital content for LED screens, teasers, and animations using Adobe After Effects.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables and event assets.Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy and alignment with technical specifications and print requirements.Support in the creation of engaging pitch presentations and design proposals.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting tight deadlines.Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or events environment.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a strong plus.Strong understanding of layout, branding, typography, and visual storytelling principles.Proven ability to design for both print and digital applications.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.A well-curated portfolio showcasing event branding, presentation decks, and digital content is required.Why Join Quill?At Quill, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
