Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Master Tailors & Pattern Makers, based in Dubai with some remote work flexibility. The responsibilities include creating and tailoring bespoke garments, ensuring precise fittings, and meeting individual client requirements. You will collaborate with customers to confirm design preferences, provide exceptional service, and maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards. The role also requires contributing to the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology in your workflow. Qualifications Proficiency in Dressmaking, Tailoring, and precise garment craftingExperience in fittings and delivering perfect adjustments for personalized garmentsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to understand and meet client needsCapable of working in a hybrid environment with flexibility between in-store and remote tasksKnowledge of luxury fabrics and attention to detail in craftsmanshipPrevious experience in fashion, bespoke tailoring, or related industries will be advantageous
