Job Summary: As an Food & Beverage Assistant Server, you'll play a vital support role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. From setting and clearing tables to serving food and beverages, your attention to detail and proactive service will ensure a smooth and welcoming environment. Job Duties & Functions: Prepare dining areas by cleaning and setting tables to brand standards. Clear dishes discreetly and efficiently while guests are seated. Deposit dishware in appropriate areas and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. Assist in food and beverage delivery, buffet setup, and replenishment. Maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus.
Stock and clean bus stations; sweep floors using provided tools. Attend all required training sessions and consistently follow Forbes/AAA service standards. Support team members with additional restaurant duties as needed. Performs other duties and attends meetings, as assigned by hotel/department leadership. Education & Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar or supporting hospitality role preferred. Food Handler Certification (as applicable). Willingness to learn POS systems and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about guest service. Ability to read, write and converse in English. Additional languages are a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
