Reports to: Founder/PresidentWorks with: Finance Officer, Program VPs, Program CoordinatorsEngagement Terms: Currently Voluntary + Remote  Role SummaryResponsible for identifying, writing, and managing grants and funding proposals to support TBF programs and sustainability goals. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify grant opportunities.Write proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.Coordinate fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the Founder, Finance Officer, and Digital OfficerTrack deadlines, compliance, and reporting requirements.Support donor engagement and partnership building.Maintain funding database and documentation. QualificationsProven grant writing experience (nonprofit or development sector) or willing to learn.Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.Strong research and proposal development abilities.Apply by sending your CV and/or to the email provided at https://globalhrconsulting.org/job/grants-officer/
