Hey, we’re looking for another Doodlnaut to guide our clients through the infinite creative space!Who We Are -Doodl Space is a subscription-based graphic design service that makes it easy for businesses to get quality creatives, consistently at a flat monthly rate. We are a bootstrapped early-stage startup and are looking for our Doodlnauts to take this growth journey to the next level.What will the role look like?The role of a Graphic Design Associate is a Full-Time, Work-From-Anywhere job, where you will be directly working with our clients and will support them with amazing graphics to help them grow their business.Though this work is remote-based, we will never let you feel lonely. You will be constantly interacting with the Founders (who are directly involved in the operations) to ensure Quality & Efficiency in the Production process.We passionately believe in creating a friendly culture where you can enjoy what you do while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesCreate & timely deliver quality designs based on the clients’ brief. Be ego-free (that’s what we do here) and do what is best for the client.To maintain Quality - Focus on accuracy and pay attention to detail. You need to understand the client’s request in-depth and make sure that your output is in line with the brief.Observe and learn - Understand the brand you are working for and the taste of the client.Coordinate with the founders or your supervisors to help strategize and strengthen the current work process and quality normsCommunicate with the assigned clients via email, troubleshoot issues independentlyYou need to be available Full-Time following the regular work schedule.ExperienceMinimum relevant experience of 2 yearsHands-on experience in designing & delivering professional creatives, client-interactionQualifications RequiredMinimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (preferably in fields related to graphic design and animation)Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma) & MS PowerPoint.Knowledge of Adobe (After Effects, InDesign or Premiere Pro) will be an added advantageKey Professional Skills & AttributesProficiency in written English is a mustKnowledge of spreadsheets & basic Marketing fundamentals is preferableStrong Attention to detail, Observation skills, Commitment & ResponsibilityTeam-player, Positive attitudeEquipment RequirementsDaily unlimited access to the internet with speed not less than 5 MbpsAn updated computer or laptop with SSD and RAM bandwidth that can handle a good volume of design.Updated web camera installed for internal meetings and trainingAdobe CC AI, PSD, INDD, and Corel Draw installedWhat is in it for you?Work-Life balance.
