Product Designer (B2C, Brands)

Role & Responsibilities2-4 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies. (Bonus points if you've worked in startups or fintech!)Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Also, proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.Expert-level understanding of the design tools (Figma/Adobe Suite/etc.) It would be a bonus if you know exactly how to create super cool micro-interactions using any tool like Principle, AfterEffects or ProtoPie.A collaborative team player who can work well with Product, Engineering, Business and Customer experience teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.Ideal CandidateYou've a tech mindset.
