This is a full time, office based role on a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with our existing Graphic Designer and Brand Lead to deliver a consistent and cohesive brand, supported by the wider marketing team. The role supports all areas of the business, producing clear, accurate and engaging visual communication for technical, corporate and client facing material. You will help maintain and evolve the brand, support cross functional projects and play an active role in shaping how design is delivered across the organisation.Your Responsibilities Include:Designing brochures, technical documents, reports, infographics, websites, social content and display materials for both print and digitalCollaborating with lead engineers and subject matter experts to interpret technical information and create visual elements for bid documents, proposals and presentationsDeveloping visual concepts, illustrations and infographics to support marketing and communication activityPreparing high quality imagery and retouching using PhotoshopManaging multiple design projects at once and delivering accurate, high quality work to agreed deadlinesWorking with the Brand Lead, in-house designers and the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive and consistent outputPartnering with teams across the business to support campaign delivery, from idea generation to the completion of design materials, including the graduate programme and safety initiativesKeeping up to date with design trends and applying best practice, acting as a brand guardian and developing brand guidelines across all materialsDesired Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a technical, engineering or corporate setting A portfolio of work that demonstrates strong visual communication, layout skills and the ability to interpret technical informationA degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline is preferredStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopConfident PowerPoint skills, with experience turning complex content into clear and structured visual communicationExperience preparing print ready artwork for documents and marketing materialsBasic video editing or motion skills, with experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro considered an advantageAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressureStrong attention to detail, with clear communication skills and a collaborative working styleBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
