From household names like Tesco, Currys, Universal Pictures ,Marks & Spencers, Just Eat, and Peroni.OverviewSimply Social is looking for a Social Creative Manager who can define and elevate the creative output of a fast-growing social-first agency. This role shapes the ideas, the formats, the content engine, and the creative culture across the agency.What you'll be doingYou will set the creative standard, lead the team, build new frameworks, and ensure Simply Social continues to produce standout work in a world of short attention spans, messy feeds, and AI noise. This is a leadership role that will directly influence our trajectory over the next three years.Key Responsibilities• Own and define the creative vision across client accounts• Oversee all creative reviews, ensuring output is high-quality and social-native• Lead concepting, story development, scripting, and execution• Develop repeatable social formats that consistently deliver results• Introduce new creative processes, rituals, and standards across the agency• Push creative work that blends culture, insight, and platform behavioursContent Engine & Production Collaboration• Partner with Simply Studios to align creative ambition with production capability• Set strong creative direction for shoots, edits, motion, and design• Improve efficiency, speed, and repeatability within the content engine• Ensure all content feels distinctive to each brand and platformTeam & Culture• Mentor and empower a team of creators, designers, editors, and strategists• Identify skill gaps and play a role in hiring future creative talent• Introduce frameworks that help junior creators grow quickly• Champion a culture of creative curiosity, experimentation, and craft excellenceClient Leadership & Growth• Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders• Guide clients toward brave, effective social-first ideas• Support pitch work & new businessWhat We're Looking For:• 6 to 8 years in a creative leadership role within a social-first agency or brand side• Demonstrable experience delivering high-performing social ideas• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, influencer culture, and cultural trends• Ability to create both hero concepts and efficient always-on formats• Experience working closely with production teams• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams• Strong presenter who can translate creative thinking into business impact• Experience scaling creative teams• Experience working across both Irish and UK markets• Understanding of paid-social integrationSimply Package A benchmarked salary reflective of your experience Hybrid working.
