Graphic Designer

We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Collectibles, Packaging & Brand Collabs)Location: Remote / Hybrid223 is building the future of collectibles, connected products, and character-driven IP. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can bring our brand collaborations, packaging, and campaign visuals to life across digital and physical formats.If you love designing for culture, characters, and products people collect — this role is for you. What You’ll DoDesign packaging for vinyl toys, plush, blind boxes, and retail product lines.Create branding and campaign assets for product drops, events, and social.Work with licensors to align on style guides and apply them across deliverables.Produce launch graphics, landing pages, and email/social assets for DTC drops.Support marketing with animations, motion-friendly assets, and layouts.Collaborate with 3D artists, illustrators, factories, and licensing partners.Provide print-ready files and manage production specs (die-lines, CMYK, etc.). RequirementsStrong portfolio showing brand design, packaging, and digital creative.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Experience with consumer products, collectibles, streetwear, or entertainment brands is a plus.Ability to work fast and iterate with licensors and partners.Good understanding of print production, packaging formats, and retail specs.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once. Bonus PointsExperience designing for licensed IP (movies, games, anime, etc.)Motion skills (simple animations for social)Ability to illustrate or touch up character artShopify/landing page layout experience (Figma preferred)
