You’ll help us grow up our visual identity while keeping the rebellious, independent-mountain vibe intact.You’ll work directly with the founder, marketing, and product teams to:Evolve the Snowgroup visual language (logo usage, color, type, layout)Create illustration styles, avatars, and iconography that feel native to ski/snow cultureBuild consistent collateral across decks, web, social, and campaignsSupport product teams with on-brand assets inside FigmaIf you get excited by the idea of designing the visual world of winter travel — from investor decks and crowdfunding campaigns to social content, vendor one-pagers, and in-product visuals — this is your playground.What You’ll DoEvolve and formalize our core brand systemRefine color, typography, grids, and visual rules across Snowgroup, Snowbus, Reservewinter, and SnowclubHelp define how the ecosystem hangs together visually while preserving each brand’s personalityCreate original illustrations & avatarsDesign character/participant avatars, badges, and scene illustrations (riders, mountains, buses, village life, après, etc.)Develop a scalable illustration style that works across web, product, and socialBuild iconography & micro-brand assetsDesign icon sets for features, sports, trip types, and vendor categoriesCreate patterns, stickers, patches, and graphical elements we can reuse across channelsDesign collateral & campaignsSupport pitch decks, one-pagers, investor materials, and crowdfunding campaignsCreate social and email graphics, simple motion-ready storyboards, and campaign conceptsWork inside Figma with product & marketingOrganize brand components, libraries, and visual tokens in FigmaCollaborate with UI/UX designers so product surfaces feel consistent with the brandContribute to culture & storytellingInject the feel of real mountain culture: indie resorts, group trips, park kids, road trips, and powder daysHelp us visually express our “why” — not just decorate our “what”What We’re Looking For3–6+ years of graphic design / illustration experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)A portfolio that shows:Strong brand systems (consistency across multiple touchpoints)Illustration and iconography (ideally character or scene work)Clear understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typographyFluent in Figma for brand systems, components, and handoff — or willing to shift your workflow there quicklyComfort working across pitch decks, web/social assets, and product-adjacent visualsAbility to move fast, iterate, and ship in a startup environment (you’re okay with WIP and learning in public)Big plus if you have:Experience with sports, lifestyle, or youth culture brandsFamiliarity with basic motion thinking (designing with animation in mind, even if you don’t animate yourself)Love for skiing, snowboarding, mountain towns, or action sports in generalWe care more about taste, adaptability, and cultural fit than perfect titles.
