This job post is on behalf of our sister company (Fudge)Here's what a designer does at Fudge- Design social media static content that's engaging and on-brand - Design paid ad creatives - Design other print and digital material on occasion - Deliver creative designs on time - Make small videos (not a must have)Apply only if you...- Have a portfolio- Can come in to our office in Dehiwala, Sri Lanka 5 days a week (We offer a hybrid work set up for people who demonstrate they can still be accountable when they WFH)- Get sh*t done (you're self organized, you actually like what you do, you don't come with problems, you always come with solutions)Experience: 1+ years of designing for social media How we work - Your first 3 months with us will be under a consultancy agreement- If we are both happy at the end of 3 months, you will be integrated into Fudge as a full time employee and receive creativity and behavioural science training on the job- You will receive performance evaluations, career planning sessions, every quarter, along with the opportunity to get raises promotions every 6 months- We're ok with you doing freelance work on the side (on the side, not at the cost of our work)
