Senior UX Designer

Our client, a Sri Lanka–based development and support center for a global technology company in the aviation domain, delivers next-generation software solutions for airlines and travel companies worldwide.We are now seeking a Senior UX Designer to play a key role in modernizing mission-critical applications that power the aviation industry.Senior UX DesignerWhat you’ll do: ● Lead UX research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. ● Design responsive, accessible interfaces that solve real user problems. ● Apply Design Thinking and Lean UX to drive rapid iteration and validation. ● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams. ● Contribute to UI implementation (HTML, CSS, JS) where needed. ● Evolve our design system and embed UX best practices across teams. What we’re looking for: ● 3+ years in UX design with a strong, modern portfolio. ● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. ● Familiarity with inclusive design and trends like AI-driven personalization. ● Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. ● Experience in aviation, travel tech, or complex enterprise systems is a plus.Apply via gihan@mytechjobs.lk
