Junior Designer

Job Title: Junior DesignerLocation: Wattala (Full-time - Onsite)Key Responsibilities:Social Media Design: Create clean, engaging social media posts in the correct sizes for Meta and LinkedIn, adhering to brand guidelines.Video Editing: Edit short videos with text overlays, transitions, and simple motion to enhance content engagement.Graphic Design: Develop designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut, ensuring consistency with brand standards.Layout & Typography: Apply strong knowledge of layout, spacing, color theory, and basic typography to create visually appealing designs.Export & File Management: Prepare design exports in appropriate formats and maintain organized files for easy access.Vector & Icon Design: Create simple vector icons, labels, and product visuals to support various marketing and branding materials.Product Content Design: Work with product images and trade-focused content to create promotional designs.Revisions & Feedback: Respond to feedback and make revisions quickly to meet deadlines.Task Management: Manage daily design tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.Requirements:Experience: Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro or CapCut).Communication: Strong English conversational skills to effectively collaborate with the team.Design Skills: Proficient in layout, typography, color theory, and creating simple vector designs.Attention to Detail: Ability to follow brand rules and keep designs consistent across all platforms.Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines.Feedback-Oriented: Quick to apply feedback and make revisions as needed to improve designs.Application Process:If you’re passionate about design and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
