Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for a Trainee Student Counsellor. The Trainee Student Counsellor will guide prospective and current students regarding educational programs, career opportunities, and provide support to ensure a positive student experience. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, maintaining effective communication with students, understanding individual preferences, addressing inquiries, and assisting in achieving academic and career goals. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide students in academic and professional development.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective and current students.Knowledge of educational systems and understanding of academic pathways is highly advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment.A passion for supporting students and fostering educational growth.Previous experience in a similar role or relevant educational background is an asset.
