The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store organization, and supporting sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Additionally, the role may involve cross-functional collaboration and participating in training sessions as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.Knowledge or experience in retail sales and the ability to support sales objectives.Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure the store is well-maintained.Experience with or willingness to support training activities as part of professional development.Punctuality, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus but not mandatory.A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
