Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Kohilawatte. The primary responsibilities include proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting LEEBAN Interiors' solutions, and assisting in closing sales. The Sales Specialist will also train and guide clients on our offerings, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. This role requires a focus on delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients effectively and address their needs.Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals.Ability to provide Training and guide clients on our products and services.Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions is an advantage.Previous experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus.
