About Intiv GlobalIntiv is a Colombo-based Microsoft Partner focused on Power Platform, Data & AI on Azure, and Microsoft 365. We help organisations drive digital transformation across processes, data, and employee experience on the Microsoft cloud, with a growing focus on GCC and wider Middle East markets over the next 12 months.Role summaryBe the technical point person for opportunities across Power Platform and Data & AI (Azure). You’ll turn discovery into solution designs, build compelling demos/POCs, lead RFP/proposal work, and guide customers toward scalable, secure Microsoft deployments. You’ll work directly with leadership and delivery.What you’ll doLead presales cycles end-to-end discovery, solution mapping, architecture sketches, effort/costing, proposal & SoW development.Design & demonstrate - craft targeted Power Platform/Dataverse and Azure AI demos/POCs; show Microsoft 365/Teams integration and governance.RFP ownership - structure responses, align to evaluation criteria, handle clarifications.Awareness & enablement - run webinars/workshops and customer briefings; create decks and reusable demo assets.Licensing & economics - advise on Power Platform licensing, Azure consumption for AI/data workloads, and TCO/ROI.Handoff & governance - document assumptions/risks, support project kickoff, align to environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), ALM/CI-CD, DLP/security.What you’ve done (requirements)Worked with customer stakeholders and internal leads to deliver tailored solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Data & AI.Led presales efforts for RFPs, solution mapping, and proposal development aligned to business goals.Provided expert consultancy and enablement to support scalable Microsoft deployments (governance, security, environment strategy).Strong demo/POC craft and clear communication with both executive and technical audiences.Hands-on with: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI basics, Azure OpenAI/Copilot Studio, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Graph API, SharePoint/Teams integration.Familiar with ALM (solutions/pipelines) and estimation.***Deep experience with the Microsoft cloud stack is essential; we’re looking for someone who can step straight into active presales work.Nice to haveCertifications: PL-200/400/600, AI-900/AZ-900/MS-900 (or equivalents).What you’ll getDirect access to leadership with real influence on which opportunities we prioritise and how the company evolves.Support for relevant Microsoft certifications (exam costs covered and agreed study time where possible).A clear path to grow into a formal presales / practice lead role as the team and portfolio expand.Exposure to GCC and Middle East customers, including occasional travel for key meetings and events as our regional presence grows.Hybrid work in Colombo.
