Job Description

Introducing Exiled – the fashion brand born from MYGroup’s mission to close the loop. Exiled exists at the intersection of style, sustainability and innovation, transforming waste materials into bold, future-facing fashion. Powered by MYGroup’s industry-leading circular processes, we take textiles, plastics and mixed materials once destined for landfill and reimagine them as apparel, accessories and creative outputs that challenge traditional notions of what fashion can be.MYGroup is a pioneering force in the waste management and recycling industry, not just recycling the ‘unrecyclable’ but redefining what’s possible. We’ve spent four decades transforming the way the world thinks about waste. Our new Leeds creative studios sit at the heart of this vision. Based in a beautifully reworked industrial space just minutes from the city centre, the studios bring together designers, makers, photographers and creative thinkers with a shared purpose: to push boundaries, experiment fearlessly and build a fashion identity rooted in circular design. It’s a place where ideas evolve quickly, collaboration is encouraged, and creativity is matched with the technical capability to make it real.As part of our growing creative team, you’ll help define and elevate the Exiled visual language across campaigns, lookbooks, brand activations, e-commerce, packaging and digital storytelling. You’ll also contribute to wider brand projects across MYGroup and ReFactory, supporting the communication of our recycled textiles, upcycled fashion ranges and sustainability-led initiatives. From fashion imagery and editorial layouts to brand assets and digital content, your work will help shape how audiences experience Exiled and its circular philosophy.Working with us means joining a close-knit team where experimentation is celebrated and every creative idea has room to grow. You’ll have the freedom to explore bold concepts, collaborate across disciplines and influence the direction of a brand that’s still in its early chapters. As MYGroup continues to expand its circular capabilities, Exiled is evolving alongside it – giving you the opportunity to contribute to something genuinely progressive within the fashion space. This is your chance to be part of a brand that’s rewriting the rules.
