Graphic Designer

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong design experience to produce engaging visual content for both digital and print formats.You'll be designing for Super Speciosa — a leading kratom brand committed to delivering the highest quality, lab-tested products made from pure kratom leaf. We serve a growing community of customers who rely on us for transparency, consistency, and trust. Our brand combines a premium, trustworthy aesthetic with an approachable, consumer-friendly tone, helping educate and empower people to make confident choices about kratom.You'll work across a range of assets including social media graphics (organic and paid), website designs, email creatives, packaging, presentations, and promotional materials. Your goal is to bring ideas to life while ensuring all visuals clearly communicate the brand message.You'll collaborate closely with marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality creative work that supports brand and business goals, maintains consistency, and contributes to the development of new concepts.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality designs for websites, landing pages, emails, social media (paid and organic), packaging, and print materialsEnsure all designs follow brand guidelines and align with campaign objectivesSupport concept development by contributing visual ideas and creative directionCollaborate with marketing, product, and external teams to develop and finalize creative assetsEdit and retouch images, including color correction, background cleanup, and resizingPrepare and export final design files for both print and digital platformsMaintain brand consistency across all visual content and marketing channelsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standardsParticipate in weekly creative reviews and provide updates on ongoing design work. RequirementsBe available to work during Eastern hours (9 AM to 1 PM EST), Monday through Friday3-5 years of marketing/design experience across multichannel platforms with an e-commerce brand is a plusAt least 1 year of experience in the supplement, cannabis, or kratom industry is a plusStrong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative workProven prior experience as a graphic designer or similar creative roleSkilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Replo, Canva and other design platformsExperience in Generative AI is a plusExtensive knowledge & experience of graphic design, print production, and digital asset workflowsExperience with short and long format video editing is a plusSocial Media exprience is a plusWeb/landing page design experience; UX/UI knowledge is a plusExcellent listening, prioritization, and project management skillsStrong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual storytellingBenefitsWork From HomeTraining & Development
