With over two decades of successful project delivery for clients across Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, and Asia, this role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge regulatory strategies in a high-impact environment. Key ResponsibilitiesThis position sits within a matrix organisation and will lead regulatory project management activities across the full development lifecycle, including:

Overseeing EU and FDA marketing authorisation application proceduresPreparing and coordinating submission documents (Modules 1–5)Managing internal resources and cross-functional teamsInterfacing with regulatory agencies before, during and post-approvalLeading scientific advice meetings and preparing supporting materialsProviding regulatory strategy and advice directly to clientsDeveloping and maintaining detailed project plansCandidate Profile We are seeking an experienced professional with:

A Master’s degree or PhD in life sciences, medicine or veterinary medicineA minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management and Regulatory AffairsStrong knowledge of FDA and ICH regulations and guidelinesProven ability with project management tools and softwareStrategic thinking, excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindsetHigh level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressureWhat’s on OfferThe role is based in Munich, with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week. Relocation support is available.
