You will be eligible for a number of employee benefits including 50% discounts on use of restaurants, ability to stay at the hotels in the Accor Group at discounted rates, medical, pension etc. Job DescriptionThe Grounds Supervisor will be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations of the grounds department, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.

Managing and maintaining the resort's landscape, including trees, flowers, shrubs, and weed control. Conducting regular property inspections, preparing reports, and liaising with the Chief Engineer regarding departmental requirements. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and proper use of protective equipment. Managing inventory, equipment, irrigation systems, and departmental budget, including payroll and effective rostering. Conducting property tours and representing Fairmont Royal Pavilion professionally at all times. QualificationsEssential Qualifications:
