You’ll lead major client relationships, spearhead new business, and oversee the commercial delivery of some of our most ambitious brand experiences. You’ll be the regional anchor — turning insight into strategy, opportunities into revenue, and relationships into long-term partnerships. Working hand-in-hand with production, creative, and leadership teams, you’ll help shape the work, win the work, and elevate our impact across the region.What you’ll be doingDriving growth & commercial successDevelop and execute commercial strategies that strengthen our market presenceLead regional budgeting, pricing, and financial planningDeliver on annual revenue targets through a robust sales and marketing pipelineProvide regional insight that shapes global strategy and fuels future expansionWinning new business & building relationshipsLead pitches, proposals, and high-impact presentationsGrow existing accounts and proactively identify new opportunitiesRepresent the agency at client meetings, industry events, and regional forumsElevate our profile across the Middle East through smart engagement and relationship buildingManaging financials & operational alignmentOversee quotes, budgets, POs, invoicing, and commercial reportingBalance commercial margin with long-term client valueMaintain accurate forecasts and pipelines through HubSpotProvide weekly commercial updates and input into business reviewsCollaborating across teamsWork closely with production, creative, and operations to ensure aligned deliveryBrief internal teams and support pitch developmentHelp refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and qualityChampion our culture and values in every interactionWhat we’re looking forNative or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communicationProven experience in a creative production, experiential, or events agency (not traditional advertising)Track record in winning business and leading commercial deliveryDeep understanding of Middle Eastern markets, cultural nuances, and production workflowsStrong financial acumen — pricing, margins, negotiation, forecastingNatural leader with the ability to guide teams through growth and scalingConfident storyteller with exceptional presentation skillsSkilled with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft OfficeWhy Collaborate Global?We’re not here to blend in — we build bold, culturally relevant brand experiences that leave a mark.
