Our mission is to develop predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory healthcare solutions that generate Real World Evidence (RWE) and tackle systemic healthcare challenges globally.We are scaling internationally and seeking a highly qualified CFO to lead finance, governance, investor relations, and risk management. This is a senior executive role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors.Role OverviewThe CFO will be responsible for strategic financial leadership, international expansion, and corporate governance, ensuring robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is Big 4-trained or equivalent, with experience in multi-jurisdictional operations, healthcare finance, investor relations, and complex organisational structures.The CFO will actively oversee all financial transactions, payments, and receipts, ensuring anti-fraud controls are in place and strictly adhered to across the organization. They will act as the primary guardian of financial integrity while enabling growth and strategic investment decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & OperationsLead corporate financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with P4ML’s growth ambitions.Develop robust financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to guide investment, tendering, and strategic decision-making.Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Board, investors, and regulatory authorities.Provide operational and strategic insights to enable international growth and expansion.Investor Relations & Board EngagementServe as the primary financial interface with investors, venture capital, and private equity partners.Prepare and present Board packs, financial performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.Lead fundraising initiatives, including due diligence, investor communications, and compliance.Monitor capital allocation, ROI, and financial risk exposure across markets and projects.Corporate Governance & ComplianceImplement and maintain a rigorous internal control framework to prevent fraud and ensure operational integrity.Actively monitor employee transactions, payments, and receipts to safeguard against internal or external fraudulent activity.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including UAE anti-fraud, AML/CTF, VAT, and healthcare reimbursement frameworks.Support audit, risk, and compliance functions, providing independent oversight and access to the Board.Establish a culture of transparency, ethics, and accountability throughout the finance function.Risk Management & Anti-Fraud OversightDevelop a proactive fraud-risk management program leveraging analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time monitoring.Identify and mitigate financial risks related to procurement, vendor management, and operational processes.Ensure investigations, remediation, and continuous improvement are implemented whenever issues are detected.Maintain robust reporting lines for whistle-blowing and employee concerns, ensuring anonymity and protection.International Expansion & M&A SupportProvide strategic financial leadership for international market entry, cross-border operations, and joint ventures.Support mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-deal reporting.Evaluate tender opportunities, bid bonds, and large-scale government or commercial contracts.Key Qualifications & ExperienceChartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACA, or equivalent; advanced finance or MBA degree preferred.Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, or high-growth tech companies.Big 4 background strongly preferred, with experience in audit, advisory, or consulting for international organizations.Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, and investor due diligence.Track record of Board reporting, governance, and strategic financial leadership.Expertise in internal controls, fraud prevention, compliance, and risk management.Hands-on experience with tenders, bid bonds, insurance reimbursement, and multi-jurisdictional finance operations.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, international financial operations and lead cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, able to operate at executive and Board levels.Personal AttributesStrategic thinker with high integrity, accountability, and ethical standards.Strong leader capable of building high-performing finance teams.Comfortable operating in fast-growing, dynamic, and highly regulated environments.Results-driven with a hands-on approach to risk mitigation and operational excellence.Demonstrated ability to balance governance, anti-fraud oversight, and business growth.Why Join P4ML?Lead the finance function for a cutting-edge, internationally expanding healthcare innovation company.Shape corporate strategy, investor relations, and governance at the highest level.Drive real-world impact in healthcare innovation while enforcing strong ethical and anti-fraud standards.Join a transdisciplinary team solving complex systemic healthcare challenges, globally recognized for innovation.
