We are always in the search for intellectually curious and entrepreneurial individuals who are keen on making an impact in the crypto ecosystem, and in building a better product for the next one billion users.ABOUT THE ROLEKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the full user-growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and activation.Lead the Growth function and deliver measurable user and revenue impact.Develop data-driven acquisition plans using market insights and analysis.Drive multi-channel growth: KOL partnerships, media, communities, affiliates, and other external channels.Manage paid ads (Google, Linkedin, X, etc.) and continuously test creatives to improve CTR/CVR.Track channel performance (CAC, ROI, funnel metrics) and optimize for efficiency.Collaborate with Product, Data, BD, and Brand teams to scale growth initiatives.Requirements:3+ years in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing; fintech/crypto background preferred.Solid understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR, funnels, CAC/LTV).Hands-on experience with multi-platform performance advertising.Experience engaging KOLs, media partners, and communities.Ability to design growth strategies and lead cross-functional execution.English and Mandarin can both be used as working languages.Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and high ownership.Prefer that you are familiar with Web3, Wealth Management, Custody, RWA products, and blockchain-native user behavior.Experience in global market acquisition is a plus.By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Candidate Privacy Policy.
