We trust you to get the job done.What You’ll Be Doing:Own client growth: Lead the charge on CAC, AOV, LTV, CVR, and ROAS - set the strategy and ensure your targets are hit every single month.Data-driven strategy: Build, execute, and iterate on performance-driven strategies across creative, media buying, CRO, and email.Lead the team: Keep everyone aligned to focus on the metrics that matter. Fix bottlenecks, remove blockers, and ensure execution is on point.Creative direction & execution: Provide clear direction to the team, whether it’s for creative or CRO strategy. Ensure everything aligns with performance goals.Iterate fast: Use the Growth Hacking Tracker to guide testing, learn fast, and continuously optimize.Client comms: Be the face of the performance system - deliver consistent results, build strong client relationships, and always stay transparent.What You Bring:3+ years of experience in growth marketing, strategist, CMO role, ideally within e-commerceProven ability to drive results on key metrics like CAC, AOV, LTV, and ROAS.Analytical and creative: You thrive on data and insights but know how to apply that to creative strategy.Comfortable working with teams across Creative, CRO, Media Buying, and Email - you’re the glue that makes it all click.A results-driven mindset: You’re not just about big ideas, but making sure they work in real life.Client-facing experience: You’re confident in presenting ideas, taking ownership, and building rapport with clients.Experience shows - having your own e-commerce is a big plus in this role;) Why You’ll Love It HereWork with big brands: Scale 6-9 figure DTC businesses and make your mark.Flexibility: Work remote, async, and on your terms.
