We are looking for a builder, not just an employee.💎 The Opportunity: Your Career PathWe are looking for a high-impact player to start as a Senior Creative Strategist with a clear, 6-month roadmap to become Team Lead and eventually Creative Director.You will not be micromanaged. You will have full ownership of your projects, budget, and decision-making. If you deliver results, you will build the team around you and own a piece of the company.🧠 The RoleYou are the architect of our acquisition engine. You won’t just "make ads"—you will translate business targets (e.g., "We need 900 SQLs next month") into a comprehensive creative strategy.You will sit at the intersection of human psychology, creative ideation, financial compliance, and hard data, managing a high-volume testing roadmap (50-100 unique assets monthly) that scales across two distinct cultural markets (US & Europe).⚡ Key Responsibilities1. High-Volume Creative Strategy• Scale Frameworks: Develop creative frameworks that translate successfully across different languages and cultural contexts (US vs. EU), adapting psychological triggers to fit local nuances.• Volume Management: Oversee the production and testing of 100+ unique creative assets monthly, ensuring we never run out of winning concepts.• Financial Compliance: Craft compelling hooks and angles that convert while strictly adhering to financial messaging compliance across regulated regions.2. Funnel & Conversion Ownership• Creative-to-LP Continuity: Ensure your ad creative matches the Landing Page perfectly. You understand that the ad is only half the battle.• Funnel Architecture: deeply understand and optimize VSL funnels, webinar funnels, and lead magnets.• SQL Optimization: You don’t just optimize for "leads"—you optimize for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). You know how to attract people with money, not just freebie-seekers.3. Cross-Functional "Trench" Warfare• Sales Loop: Collaborate directly with Sales Managers to capture insights from the trenches. You will listen to objections, pains, and desires from actual calls and turn that feedback into new ad angles.• Dev Collaboration: Proactively communicate with Web Developers to coordinate creative hooks with landing page headlines and share audience insights for funnel improvements.4. Autonomy & Problem Solving• Self-Management: You take a raw objective and build the strategy.
