Growth & Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Sydney (Hybrid) | Type: Full-time / 0.8 FTECompany: LawUnoAbout LawUnoLawUno is building a next-generation platform to bring lawyers, law firms and legal teams together in new ways. Founded by the team behind NROL, we’re here to modernise the legal profession through elegant design, community and smart tech. We’re pre-launch and want someone to help shape our go-to-market engine from the ground up.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the Founder (that’s you, Jesse) to execute our user acquisition, brand building and event strategy. Think of this as “growth horsepower” rather than “senior strategy” — you’ll be hands-on in content, campaigns, outreach and events.If you’re excited by the idea of building something from zero, working in a start-up environment and learning fast, this is your role.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the go-to-market playbook: help build and execute the pre-launch plan.Manage our digital channels: LinkedIn content calendar, email list, website updates, paid ads (basic level).Help organise and execute events/webinars: logistics, guest lists, promotions, follow-up.Assist with partnerships & outreach: researching and supporting conversations with law firms, bar associations and legal communities.Capture and report on key metrics: sign-ups, waitlist growth, campaign performance, event conversions.Provide help to product/tech team: collect user feedback, help plan user-testing sessions, coordinate with ops.Work in a small team: flexible, cross-functional, ready to adapt.About You2+ years’ experience in marketing/growth/co-ordination (ideally B2B SaaS, or professional services).Comfortable with digital tools: email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp), basic paid-ads or social media campaigns, Google Analytics or equivalent.Excellent communicator: strong writing skills, good with social media, confident at events and with building relationships.Organised and proactive: comfortable managing multiple threads (events, campaigns, partner lists) and working in a startup setting.Interest in legal sector or professional services is a big plus (you don’t need to be a lawyer).Growth mindset: You’re learning, you take initiative, you’re happy getting your hands dirty and scaling something.Ideally Sydney-based or able to meet in-person for some events (you’ll still enjoy flexibility).What We OfferA chance to join at an early stage, influence the brand and growth trajectory.Hybrid work environment in Sydney with flexible hours.Competitive base salary for this level + a clear bonus/incentive tied to metrics (e.g., number of leads, event attendees, sign-ups).Growth opportunity: as LawUno scales you’ll grow with the business, take on more strategic responsibility.Start-up culture: nimble, innovative, collaborative.
