This position leads all aspects of growth marketing for a premium wellness brand. The role owns full-funnel marketing—from awareness and education to conversion and retention.Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll craft and execute a best-in-class growth strategy that hits and exceeds revenue targets while maximizing efficiency. This requires deep expertise in channel strategy, campaign structure, creative production, landing page design, website conversion, and performance analysis to drive higher conversion at each step of the funnel.The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with direct experience selling high-AOV, long consideration products, and understands the lifestyle, needs, and psychology of customers in the wellness and recovery space.Strategy & P&L OwnershipDevelop and execute holistic growth plans to drive profitable acquisition, conversion, and retention across the entire funnelOwn contribution margin as the north star, balancing aggressive revenue growth with operational efficiencyPerformance MarketingLead all paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, affiliates) ensuring scalable ROAS and sustainable CACOversee high-velocity production and testing of ads and content across video, UGC, and static formatsConversion & RetentionDesign and optimize landing pages and website flows that seamlessly connect to ad campaigns and maximize CVRBuild and refine lifecycle programs via email and SMS to increase engagement, LTV, and repeat purchase behaviorGrowth EcosystemPartner with content, SEO, and PR to amplify earned reach, authority, and community activationCraft high-impact promotions and manage the deal calendar to drive urgency while hitting margin goalsUse analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Looker) to track KPIs, run attribution analysis, and turn insights into resultsLeadershipHire, mentor, and lead a cross-functional growth teamPartner closely with Product, Sales, and CX to align effortsExperience8+ years in DTC growth marketing3+ years managing teams and driving results in fast-paced environmentsProven track record scaling high-AOV products (ideally $1K+) with long sales cyclesCore ExpertiseDirect ownership of contribution margin as a KPI, scaling revenue efficiently with sharp P&L managementDeep fluency in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (campaign structure, testing frameworks, ROAS optimization)Landing page design and testing expertise, tying together ad creative, user intent, and attributionEffective email and SMS program design that deepens loyalty and extends customer lifetime valueSkillsEqual parts analytical and creative—combines data-driven decision making with bold storytellingProven eye for creative that captures attention and drives actionStrong team leadership: builds culture of urgency, ownership, and experimentationWellness-aligned with mission-driven mindset and ability to thrive in startup environments
