As an early hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, product delivery, and client success.Role PurposeThe Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving new business acquisition, selling our digital products and services, and delivering high-quality digital marketing execution for clients. This role blends business development, digital strategy, and hands-on campaign management to fuel agency growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Sales (40%)Identify, target, and acquire new SME clients across key industries.Run outbound prospecting campaigns (email, social, phone).Develop and conduct strategies (i.e. Digital Growth Audits) for prospects with the intent to convert them into clients.Present proposals, pitch solutions, and close deals.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit monthly acquisition targets.2. Campaign Execution & Account Management (40%)End-to-end management of client digital marketing campaigns, including:Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn etc)SEO strategy and optimisationWebsite landing page optimisation & CROManage lead generation systems and processMonitor performance, optimise campaigns, and deliver strong ROIBuild monthly reports and communicate outcomes clearly with clients.Act as the day-to-day contact for all client marketing needs.3. Strategy & Growth (20%)Develop tailored growth strategies for each client based on business goals.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen client relationships.Contribute to product development, systems, and agency-wide processes.Stay across emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Digital Marketing SkillsGoogle Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and reportingMeta Ads ManagerSEO: keyword research, on-page SEO, basic technical SEOPPC strategy and executionAnalytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, tracking setupLanding page optimisation (CRO, UX principles)Building and interpreting Digital Business AuditsAI optimisation for targeting, keywords, and creative testingAdvanced paid ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTokSales & Growth SkillsProven ability to sell digital marketing services or similar solutionsExperience with outbound sales or lead generationStrong presentation and proposal development skillsAbility to translate technical insights into compelling commercial valueOther CapabilitiesClear communicator who can build trust quicklyExcellent time management and ability to juggle multiple client accountsProblem-solver with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to work autonomously in a startup environment with minimal supervisionExperience working in a digital agency or fast-paced startupCopywriting or content creation skillsCRM experienceCanva creative skillsUnderstanding of automation tools
