R.I.C. Publications is a leading educational publisher creating high quality, curriculum aligned resources for teachers across Australia and internationally. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial team and support the delivery of campaigns, content, and digital activity across multiple channels.This is a hands on, delivery focused role suited to someone with some experience in marketing who is ready to take ownership of day to day coordination, execution and reporting. You will work directly with the Head of Commercial Operations and contribute to marketing activity that reaches thousands of teachers and schools.We are open to full time or part time applicants.About the roleYou will coordinate and execute digital and offline marketing activity, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on schedule and within budget. Your work will span email marketing, social media, basic SEO, website updates, content creation, and reporting through GA4. You will also help support the creation and implementation of local ANZ marketing tactics and activity in line with the overall strategy.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creative and analytical work, is well organised, and wants to build strong generalist marketing skills.Key responsibilitiesCampaign coordinationPlan and schedule campaigns in line with the commercial calendarSupport the implementation of local ANZ marketing strategy and tactics within agreed budgetsCoordinate email marketing, including drafting copy, briefing, building templates, segmenting lists and scheduling sendsUpload, update and publish content across our websitesCoordinate campaign assets, approvals and timelinesMaintain the central marketing calendar and keep stakeholders updatedDigital and content marketingDraft and publish copy for emails, social posts, webpages and promotional activityCreate and resize simple digital assets such as banners and tiles using CanvaManage and maintain our social media channels, including scheduling posts and supporting engagementAssist with blog content, landing pages, product updates and digital samplesAnalytics and reportingTrack basic marketing and website performance using GA4Support campaign reporting including email metrics, social engagement and website trafficCritically analyse performance and identify low effort opportunities for improvementMonitor competitor activity and share insights with the Commercial teamSEO and website supportAction SEO updates such as titles, descriptions and metadataUpdate product listings and ensure content accuracySupport general website housekeeping and user experience improvementsEvents and brand activityOrganise and attend marketing activities, conferences and events to raise brand awareness and preferenceAssist with logistics for conferences and events, including stand materials, merchandise, samples and shippingSupport post event follow up and reportingGeneralAssist with other marketing related tasks and responsibilities as requiredSkills and experienceWe are looking for someone with:One to three years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or assistant roleA marketing, communications or similar qualification (or equivalent practical experience)Strong written communication skills for web, email and socialExperience using common marketing tools such as Zoho Campaigns, CRM, Canva, Shopify or similar CMSBasic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principlesFamiliarity with Google Analytics 4Strong organisation and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks at onceBonus but not required:Experience in education, publishing or ecommerceBasic graphic design skillsCopywriting experience
