We're building new growth channels beyond our current digital marketing to reach more Filipinos who need healthcare.The OpportunityYou'll build and own entirely new patient acquisition channels that we're not currently working on. Think: partnerships with brands and local businesses, community activations, offline campaigns, and experimental digital channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to create growth engines from scratch.What You'll OwnPartnership channel: Build relationships with brands, retailers, community organizations, and local businesses to reach patients where they areCampaign execution: Design and launch co-marketing promotions, joint events, and local activationsNew channel testing: Explore and test acquisition channels we haven't tried yet (examples: SMS campaigns, podcast sponsorships, healthcare events, professional associations, radio, print, community programs)Performance tracking: Measure what's working, learn fast, and scale winning channelYou'll Thrive Here If YouYou're a natural relationship builder who can pitch and close partnershipsYou're comfortable creating structure where none exists - you will create the playbookYou can handle trying things that might not work - learning excites youYou want to own entire channels, not just execute tasks someone else designedYou understand Filipino consumer behavior and local market dynamicsYou're equally comfortable planning a community event and analyzing campaign dataMinimum QualificationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable with both offline and digital marketing tacticsResourceful and entrepreneurial mindset - you figure things outAbility to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneouslyMarketing or business development background is a plus but not requiredFresh graduates with demonstrated hustle and initiative are welcome to applyPreferred: Based in or willing to travel within Metro Manila for partnership meetings and activations
