Performance Campaign ManagementAs a Guru you will be accountable for:Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.Mobile App PerformanceManage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.Conduct in-depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.Continuously develop and execute A/B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.Data-driven Decision MakingBuild and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.Team CollaborationCollaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.Others: Based on managers' request, to maintain & optimize performanceWe're Looking For Someone With3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on large-scale branding campaigns and mobile app performanceStrong analytical skills with familiarity to marketing and consumer metricsProven record in running multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teamsExperience working with Data and Product to setup tracking flow for mobile appAbility to use marketing tools: Google Analytics (web, app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer/ Adjust, SimilarWeb...Good English written and verbal communication skillsGrowth mindset, bias to actions and a can-do spirit
