The Guest Relations Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clinic visitors, ensure exceptional customer service, and address client inquiries and needs. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing appointments, handling receptionist duties, and supporting the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also requires proactive communication to maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors.QualificationsStrong skills in Guest Relations and excellent Communication abilitiesExperience in providing exceptional Customer ServiceProficiency in Sales and a client-centered approachAbility to perform Receptionist Duties, such as managing appointments and client interactionsMultitasking, attention to detail, and organizational capabilitiesProficiency in English; additional languages are an assetPrevious experience in healthcare or wellness industries is advantageous
