With a network of over 600+ F&B and retail merchants, offers loyalty and cashback solutions seamlessly linked to payments.Following our recent strategic partnership with a leading Payment Services Provider, we are expanding our offering from standalone QR payment solutions to a fully integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty ecosystem — creating a unified, frictionless experience for merchants and customers alike.We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead this next phase of growth.Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, onboarding merchant partners, and expanding TOTL’s presence within the F&B and retail sectors.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, payments, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:·        Identify, engage, and acquire new merchant partners, with a strong focus on F&B and retail sectors.·        Drive adoption of TOTL’s integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions among merchants.·        Develop and execute go-to-market plans for joint offerings with PSP partners.·        Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders — merchants, payment providers, and technology partners.·        Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term agreements (2–3 years) with merchants.·        Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback to the leadership team.·        Stay informed on market trends in fintech, loyalty, and merchant services to guide strategy and innovation.Key Requirements:·        Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).·        Experience in online or e-commerce businesses will be an added advantage.·        Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil is preferred.·        Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.·        Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within fintech, PSP, or SaaS sectors.·        Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, digital payments, and loyalty programs.·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.·        Stamina to face fierce competition and self-driven. High on ownership·        Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams.What We Offer:·        Opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling fintech company shaping the future of merchant engagement.·        Competitive compensation package with performance incentives.·        Dynamic and collaborative work environment.·        Exposure to the evolving POS and payments landscape across the region.·        Growth opportunities within a company backed by strategic partnerships and innovation.
