Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining business relationships, overseeing interactions with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Collaboration across teams to deliver superior experiences will be a key focus of the role. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to meet client expectations.Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to foster long-term partnerships.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and manage client feedback professionally.Experience in the real estate industry or a related customer-focused field is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
