Gym Manager/Supervisor

MIRA Construction L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and motivated Gym Manager/Supervisor to oversee our fitness center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and effective environment for all gym members and staff.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily gym operations, including scheduling staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanlinessDevelop and implement fitness programs and classes that engage members and promote a healthy lifestyleDeliver outstanding customer service and address any member inquiries or concerns promptlyConduct staff training sessions and provide ongoing support to trainers and support staffMonitor and analyse member feedback and participation metrics to continuously improve the servicesHandle administrative tasks including budgeting, payroll, and inventory managementPromote gym services and membership, enhancing member retention strategiesRequirementsProven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a gym or fitness facilityStrong understanding of fitness programs and equipmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphereProblem-solving skills and a proactive managerial approachCertifications in fitness coaching or gym management are a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary and commission structureOngoing training and developmentModern and well-equipped work environmentSupportive and friendly team
