Role SummarySupport day-to-day legal operations for the holding group, focusing on contract management, subsidiary compliance, and regulatory adherence within applying country.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Administration:Draft/review agreements (sales, procurement, NDAs, labor contracts under Labor Law 33/2021).Maintain contract repositories and renewal trackers.Subsidiary Compliance:Assist with trade license renewals, MOCAD filings, and free zone reporting.Coordinate with PROs for document attestation (MOFA, Chambers of Commerce).Regulatory Support:Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., consumer protection, commercial transactions law).Conduct compliance checks for subsidiaries (AML, advertising standards).Legal Documentation:Prepare powers of attorney, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.Manage legalization of overseas documentsDispute/Litigation Support:Collect evidence for court proceedings and coordinate with police/law firms.Qualifications & ExperienceProvide legal counsel on , Common Law, and international regulationsReal Estate Industry experience requiredDraft, review, and negotiate contracts & agreementsAdvise on corporate, commercial, and real estate legal mattersEnsure compliance with DIFC and laws, risk management, and governanceHandle legal disputes, litigation, and external counsel coordinationMaintain legal documentation and support business restructuring initiativesFluency in English (Arabic highly preferred).Tech-savvy (MS Office, e-government portals like Tasheel).
