Key Responsibilities: Requirements regarding Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. Analyzing and interpret business needs to translate them into functional and technical specifications. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Domain Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the banking domain, including retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, and regulatory compliance. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting banking processes. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Provide periodic status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

A master’s degree or certificates (e. g. , CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools. Familiarity with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and financial technologies. Exposure to and in-depth understanding of software engineering methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
