Key Responsibilities: Managing Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, cash management, security, and compliance. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, including KYC/AML guidelines. Financial Management: Monitor and manage branch expenses to meet financial targets. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize branch operations and efficiency. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports to various departments, including MIS reports. Qualification & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduate).
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong customer driven attitude, good communication, and problem-solving skills. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
