PurposeThe Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the business. By collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets, you will uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support the development of data-informed products, processes, and customer experiences.

This role is key to enabling a data-driven culture and helping the business scale. What you can expect You’ll play a hands-on role in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape our products, customer experience, and strategy. You'll work across teams to support initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence in New Zealand and Australia. Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage your strong SQL skills to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sourcesUse visualisation tools (e. g. Tableau, Looker, or similar) to create dashboards, visualise insights, and present solutions to business problems.

Work closely with Product, Finance, and Engineering to understand key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Apply your analytical mindset to explore trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimisationContribute to a data-driven culture by uplifting how we measure success and performance. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimisation, reporting findings in clear, actionable terms. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support product initiatives such as customer insights, personalisation, and credit scoring.
