Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Human Resources team as HR Specialist at our Lahore Head Office. Role Summary: As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Talent Acquisition, supporting Learning & Development initiatives, managing HR operations, and driving engagement and employer branding activities.
You will work closely with the HRBP to ensure smooth execution of HR strategies, contribute to organizational capability building, and deliver a best-in-class employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead Talent Acquisition activities: job postings, LinkedIn sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Support HRBP in Learning & Development: conduct TNA, prepare training budgets, coordinate internal/external trainings. Assist in OPEX & CAPEX annual exercises and prepare monthly HR reports. Manage medical insurance (OPD & IPD) processes. Organize employee engagement initiatives that foster connection and motivation. Support employer branding: build university/technical college linkages, create LinkedIn posts, coordinate campus activities.
Assist in OKR setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, and individual development plans. Manage orientation, pre-boarding, and post-boarding processes for new joiners. Raise PRs/GRNs in SAP S4 Hana and manage hotel/flight bookings. Support Compensation & Benefits in Total Rewards activities and update organization charts monthly. Assist in disciplinary processes: issue show-cause notices, conduct counselling, and manage warnings as per policy. What We are Looking For: Education: BBA/MBA/MPA/BS (Hons. ) in Management with specialization in HRM. Experience: 3ā6 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR operations. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HR Software/ERP; SAP S4 Hana experience is an advantage. Knowledge: Basic understanding of Pakistan labor laws. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
