We deliver operational excellence, cash-management frameworks and retail-store support to clients and managed sites across the region.Primary Title: Head Cashier Location: United Arab Emirates Workplace: On-siteRole & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily cash operations across sites: assign shifts, maintain cash floats and ensure consistent POS performance.Own end-of-day and periodic cash reconciliation—identify and investigate variances, prepare variance reports, and implement corrective actions.Manage bank deposit cycles and prepare accurate deposit documentation; coordinate with banking partners for timely settlements.Develop, implement, and enforce cash handling policies, internal controls and audit-ready procedures to minimise loss and fraud risk.Train, mentor and evaluate cashier staff on POS workflows, currency handling, customer-facing cash transactions and fraud-prevention techniques.Collaborate with finance, store operations and internal audit to streamline cash processes, resolve escalations and support periodic audits.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveCash handlingCash reconciliationPoint-of-Sale (POS) systemsCash audit proceduresBank deposit preparationMicrosoft ExcelPreferredERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Cash management systemsFraud detection and preventionAdditional Qualifications (role Requirements)Proven track record in cashier/cash operations leadership within retail, hospitality or services (local UAE experience preferred).Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to work under on-site operational schedules (including peak retail hours).Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
